Genesis and facial analysis of Middle Jurassic deposits of the West-Surgut field

Key words: geology, genesis, facial analysis.

It is shown that the main factor influencing the filtration-capacitive properties of YuS2 layer of West-Surgut fields is confinement of developing sediments to different groups of continental facies. The sediments of channels and channel migration belts are the most promising in terms of effectiveness of the development.

Conceptual (base) the geological model of complicated object AS9-11 major oil and gas deposit as a basis for creating three-dimensional geological-technological model

Key words: field, the equilibrium model of the geological, water contact, well

As a result, a detailed analysis of materials of geophysical research cuts holes in objects AS9-11 one of the largest oil and gas fields in Western Siberia, established that the existence of a common gas cap in a single reservoir, as well as in adjacent layers may exist with different units and gas-oil-water contacts. The levels of contact blocks, as well as the thickness of the oil rims are functionally related to each other, which follows from the requirement of equilibrium of the system. This can explain the diversity of levels of contact layers AS9-11 in the deposit area. An equilibrium model of the geology, which is the base for building a digital three-dimensional geological and technological model of the object AS9-11.

The formation of volcanogenic reservoir by hydrothermal fluid

Key words: volcanic rocks. hydrothermal processes, postprimary changes, reservoir features.

The staging process of changing for volcanic rocks by hydrothermal fluids and their influence to pertophysical properties of volcanites as porosity, permeability, wettability was investigated. The results point to hardening rocks and some reduction of porosity and permeability during high-temperature stage. The influence of middle-temperature fluid depends on texture-structure rock features. Low-temperature processes make worse any filtration characteristics.

Exploitation of Oil Fields with H2S in the North-Western Part of Bashkortostan

Key words: H2S concentration, H2S fluid analyzer, gas detector tube, preliminary water discharge unit, multi-zone field, associated petroleum gas, annulus, dynamic head.

The exploitation efficiency of oil fields with H2S concentrations depends on the monitoring quality all the way from the bottom-hole to the stock-tank oil delivery and associated petroleum gas sales points. Numerous studies show that without certain physical and (or) chemical treatment, the concentration of H2S in the produced water, oil and associated gas remains constant for a long time. This permanence makes it possible to solve a number of field development tasks such as mapping reservoir flooding patterns, separating oil production from multi-zone field with numerous targets, indirect assessment of corrosion on field equipment.

Investigation of the effectiveness of mutual arrangement of injection and production wells in the zonally inhomogeneous oil layer

Key words: geocellular reservoir model, zonally inhomogeneous layer, water displacement, oil, water.

On the basis of analytical solution a theoretical analysis of the displacement of oil by water from the zonally inhomogeneous layer, operated by the gallery of wells, is made. The problem was solved at a given pressure drop for the two schemes of oil displacement by water: Liebenson - Masket and Buckley - Leverett in one-and two-dimensional formulations. The obtained theoretical results were checked on the field data at one of Kazakhstan fields. The fulfilled analysis confirmed the applicability of the criterion of efficiency of mutual arrangement of production and injection wells, taking into account the permeability, layer thickness and porosity in conditions of real fields. Using the proposed criterion will allow purposefully change the system of wells location subject to filtration-capacitive properties of a layer.

Justification of implementation of water control technology by using acid gel compounds in carbonate rocks

Key words: gel compounds, carbonate rocks, filtration, chemical methods of enhanced oil recovery.

The main purpose of this paper is a determination of an interaction mechanism between minerals of a carbonate rock and a certain acid gel compound. Additionally, the results of experiments could demonstrate an increased efficiency of this compound in conditions of the Jugomashevskoe oil field.

As a result of filtration and petrography experiments, we determined that the gel compound on the basis of «sienit» and hydrochloric acid actively interacts with minerals of a reservoir of the Jugomashevskoye oil field in conditions of high temperature and high pressure. The dynamic of gradient pressure on a core sample shows that the gel compound forms a strong gel which reduces core permeability by 5 times. A petrography analysis of slices of a carbonate rock after hydraulic acid filtration through a core sample shows that acid compound dissolves mainly gypsum which is cement for grains of a dolomite in a core. As a result of filtration, grains of dolomite lose their coherence and a long hole appears. The «sienit» reagent reduces the interaction velocity of dolomite dissolving due to appearance of residues CaSiO3. This residue forms a protection layer on the rock.

On changes of open porosity in the process of oil fields development

Key words: porosity change, estimation of reserves, development of oil fields.

It is concluded that at the establishment of a geological model of the field it is necessary to determine whether the technogeneous impact have effected on the structure and volume of pore space. If it has changed as a result of the deposit development, then at construction of a cube of porosity should take into account changes of the last in the result of technogeneous impact. In accordance with the stages of development of oil fields the classification of the causes of reservoir open porosity change is made. The mechanisms of reservoirs open porosity change are described in the classification.
