The developed special expanding cement slurries and recommendations are being implemented in a production environment.

Analysis of the work of magnetic activators for the protection from the paraffin depositions

The analysis of the long running of magnetic activators for the protection of deep equipment from the deposits of paraffin is carried out based on the example of fields from different by viscosity oil of the Perm region. Trade tests are carried out in 69 wells on 20 oilfields of three large tectonic structures. Continuous operation of magnetic activators was 5 years. Analysis showed that during the four year old period the shielding effect monotonically grows to the maximum according to the nonlinear law, and then it begins to be lowered. It is obtained that the minimum forecast period of the retention of shielding effect on the technology of magnetic activation on the average comprises not less than 7-8 years.

Invert emulsion drilling fluids are quite successfully used in horizontal drilling in the Perm region. The composition of these drilling fluids upgraded to produce low-viscosity invert emulsions having optimal structural and rheological properties, with high content of barite and stability of parameters depending on temperature. The above-mentioned advantages of the new drilling fluid can extend the application of this system in other climatic regions and thermobaric conditions. A technology for preparation of the borehole before cementing wells drilled in the invert emulsion drilling mud is developed. Several methods of waste recycling of oil-based drilling mud is developed and applied.

Automatic assignment of permeability field in the simulation model that provide history matching of oil and liquid production is researched. There are two variants of such fitting that allows to do without using of the well-know petrophysical function permeability versus porosity. The both variants are realized by means of semi-automatic mode and achieved with minimal time consuming for reservoir engineer. The program complex ENABLE (ROXAR) is used as a major tool. Methods can be used in conditions missing of data core analysis and also if drilling wells have been finished and getting new data core analysis impossibly.

Field tests of anti-turbulence additive agents for increasing flow capacity of heavy oils pipelines

Field tests of anti-turbulence additive agents are made on of oil pipeline Ust-Tegussky CPS – UUN Kalchinskoye field. Results of these tests are given. It is shown that additive agent injection leads to relative pressure reduction in oil pipeline and flowrate increase. The dependence of maximal flow capacity on injected volume of additive agent is determined.
