Alexander Kuznetsov is a Professor of the Department of Global Energy Policy and Energy Security of the International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy (IIEP) MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
Active member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is an author of more than 40 scientific publications, patents and manuals. He was awarded the medal In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow (1997), the Certificate of Honor
of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation (1996), the Certificate of Honor of Rosneft JSC (2005).
