Innovative development of oil and gas complex of Russia: problems, conditions, prospects

The development of oil and gas complex of Russia is considered. The technical and economic indices of oil and gas industry are studied. Oil and gas recovery forecast is carried out. It is noted that the main task of the state should be to promote innovation and investment processes occurring in the oil and gas complex, creating additional capabilities for market participants, as well as stimulation of sustainable development of the industry owing to foreground tasks solution.
