A method of protection of marine terminals against the hydraulic shock phenomenon by the gravity flow in technological pipelines is examined. The method works stability if a maximum gravity flow rate is more then a loading flow rate. The Novorossiysk marine terminal is considered as an example of a gravity flow terminal system.
