Should drilling supervisors accede to self-regulating organizations?

Peculiarities of legal regulation of supervising services are described in comparing with the other forms of construction control after appearing self-regulating organizations (SRO) in Russian construction industry. The conclusion is made that legislation doesn’t impose obligation to get permission for construction, reconstruction, capital repair of buildings for drilling supervisors.
