A.V. Bezrukov, D.R. Ahmadullina, V.I. Savichev, O.V. Emchenko (BashNIPIneft LLC, RF, Ufa) Carbonate reservoirs fracturing forecast based on geological body stress modelling DOI: Fractures density and orientation forecast is a key issue for planning and analysis of fractured reservoirs development. A fracture model considers direct and indirect measurements. When a lack of data as evident to build such a model, only physical constrained approach could be helpful to make headway. This paper emphasizes the stress calculation of a geological body in large scale. Density and orientation of a fracture network are predicted on the basis of volume distribution of critical stress zones. Ключевыеслова: fracturing, carbonates, stress zones, curvature. References 1. Dyakonova (BashNIPIneft LLC, RF, Ufa) Structure of voids in Devonian and Carbonic carbonate reservoirs of oil fields in the Republic of Bashkortostan DOI: The peculiarities of voids in productive Devonian and Carbonic carbonate deposits of oil fields in Bashkortostan are discussed as identified by petrographic studies of core material and large thin sections. The key role of primary and secondary pores and vugs is revealed, fracture microporosity contributes to fluid flowing through voids. Bembel (Tyumen Branch of SurgutNIPIneft, RF, Tyumen) Particularities of the fractality of hydrocarbons reservoirs and the problem of mapping DOI: Fractal pulsing model of geological and geophysical fields of hydrocarbon fields makes fundamental changes in the technology of their exploration, prospecting and development. The main reason for the fractal nature of the oil and gas facilities and the geological environment in general is a pulse-vortex nature of the processes of geodynamics, which is manifested in geophysical fields. Effective search and exploration of fractal reservoirs that are filled with hydrocarbons in pulsed mode is possible with high-resolution space-time geophysical methods. Tsokiev (Belkamneft OJSC, RF, Izhevsk) Activities of oil and gas companies of USA, China and Russia in Africa: constraints and prospects DOI: Key words: strategy of American energy companies, the energy potential of the African continent, china's energy strategy in Africa, potential of the African continent, China's energy strategy in Africa, Africa's role in the energy strategy of Russia's energy sector. Africa has tremendous energy potential. It holds about 10 percent of global oil reserves. The advantage of the African oil reserves, unlike the U.S., China, the North Sea and Russia reserves, that they are largely unexplored. Due to unstable situation in the Middle East and in order to diversify oil supplies the U.S. and China are actively cooperating with the new producer of hydrocarbons - the African continent. In order to strengthen the geoeconomic and geopolitical position of Russia and for the preservation of native material and raw material base, it’s practically important for our country to reveal its own strategy on the continent through comparative analysis.
