The article examines loads, affecting at pipeline during ground interacting with velocity. It is shown, that increasing loads at pipeline during velocity ground interacting is a result of elastic-viscoplastic properties of ground. The graphs of dependence loads affected at pipeline are presented. There were made calculations which shows relative loss of stability of section from relative speed and displacement ground.
