The prediction of the construction residual life by load-carrying capacity in the modern aspect is considered. It is proposed to calculate the load-carrying capacity characteristic of the damaged construction using the program software based on the finite element method. The relationship between the individual life prediction and assessment of the current technical condition and load-carrying capacity monitoring of construction is considered.
