The GOST R 8.615, in which the metrological requirements to instrumentation at the oil well heads and license sites are formulated, is developed and approved. It is noted that the ubiquitous compulsory introduction of GOST R 8.615 requirements will be the first and important step in forming of the state system of control of production, treating and further selling of the recovered oil and petroleum gas practically along the full production chain - from oil well to commercial accounting units, including the consumption of oil and petroleum gas for own technological needs.
