Laboratory studies of the effect of wettability of the pore space of carbonate reservoirs of the Samara region oil fields on the flood displacement efficiency

The results of studies of the effect of wettability of the pore space of carbonate reservoirs of the Samara oblast oil fields on the flood displacement efficiency are presented. Accumulated laboratory data for the determination of the flood displacement efficiency by В1 layers of the Samara oblast oil fields are summarized. It was shown that by the investigated samples the hydrophilic productive strata are characterized by higher (by 12% on average) flood displacement efficiencies.
