Features of the development of the Karachaganak field

The substantiation of geological-geophysical and geochemical features of the Karachaganak oil and gas field of the Caspian region is given. Scientific and practical results of the reservoir development to the choice of the possible and most appropriate ways of optimal production of hydrocarbons are presented. The method of separation of oil-and-gas-saturated thicknesses into three objects in the hydrodynamically and thermodynamically equilibrium system of a single natural reservoir is considered. Given are technical and economic performance of variants of these deposits exploitation as in the mode of natural depletion, and using an artificial method of reservoir pressure maintenance - cycling process.
