Smart system of business planning management for oil company at the basis of regional integrated models

New approaches towards planning aspects of production indices in oil-production companies at the basis of regional integrated designing are prsented. The authors propose their approach towards the issues related to regional surface infrastructure optimization. This philosophy is based upon the optimal fluid flow re-distribution within the product transportation system. The considered methods are currently implemented within the frames of Rosneft Oil Company purposeful innovative project where Samaraneftegaz OJSC is an example.
