Rotary controllable system PowerDrive and well log survey system PeriScope operation in horizontal well drilling

At the moment the most of wells building volume on the «Tomskneft» VNK oilfields are operated from the БУ-3000 ЭУК drilling rigs, that have been issued in 80th years of the last century, and their technical characteristics do not allow wide application of new technology of hole making. Updating of present drilling rigs is one of possible options of solution. The article is about the one drilling rig updating results observation, and results of the first in Western Siberia horizontal well drilling using the rotary controllable system PowerDrive and well log survey system PeriScope of «Schlumberger».
