Influence of a kind of carried out works on pulling units reliability

It is shown, that the acting loads value in pulley-block system of pulling units is influenced with kinds of carried out wellworkover operations. The concept of works complexity factor, which characterizes relative number of the executed well-workover operations, is entered. Failure intervals of components and elements of pulling unit A 50 depending on wells repair complexity factor are analysed. It is shown, that with increase in number of carried out complex repairs the failure interval of the basic components decreases, that is interpreted by increment of loads, acting in components and mechanisms of units. The mathematical model of this dependence is obtained.
