The strategic direction of development of the supervising enterprise Research and Design Center of Gas and Oil Technologies JSC is a digital transformation. The development and implementation of the Master of Acts and Regulations software made it possible to automate the registration, collection and systematization of control acts of technological processes, nonproductive time, initial inspection of equipment, incident notification, documents on violations at drilling supervision facilities, reconstruction and workover operation. The analytical tool of the formed and constantly replenished database was the module Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for rating drilling, reconstruction and workover operations, which allows to determine and rank the risks of violations of projects, regulations, resolutions. When developing the KPI module in the server part of the Master of acts Software web application, a high-level Python programming language was used, including the Django web framework, and for writing the client part (frontend), React is an open source JavaScript library for developing user interfaces. The entire design is developed using the Figma graphic editor. The comments and recommendations of supervisors of Research and Design Center of Gas and Oil Technologies JSC, who have been using Master of Acts and Regulations software for the second year in the fields of Western Siberia, are also taken into account. The mathematical model of the rating of drilling teams, development, reconstruction and repair of wells for violations of technological processes, industrial safety and HSE in the KPI module provided: online response with identification and ranking of risks of violations, digital monitoring of the condition of the object /subject of inspection, motivation of contractors for safe and effective work. The Master of Acts and Regulations software with the KPI module is used at Gubkin University to train students under the program "Supervision of drilling and workover" and to improve the skills of specialists under the additional professional retraining program "Technological supervision and control of well construction (drilling supervision)".
