Application of baffled or injectivity profile leveling technology for reservoir is classically associated with increase of reservoir sweep effect. The considered injectivity profile leveling technology with the use of AS-CSE-1313 mark A reagent has a complex mechanism of influence based on the change in coverage rates and the increasing ratio of oil displacement.
There are dispersed particles in working solution, which are the focal points of the reinforced gel formation. The solid reinforced screen formation is at the first stage in high-permeability reservoir intervals. At the second stage in low permeability reservoir intervals the reinforced globules dispersed in a pore space: it is a process of residual oil displacement. The new mechanism in reservoir, aimed at increasing oil recovery factor (ORF), is confirmed by numerous laboratory tests and field work.
Gel-forming AC-CSE-1313 technology tested in different geological-physical conditions of the West Siberia fields, is found to be successful and at the stage of industrial implementation. The competitive advantages compared with the known polymer systems are determined during technology implementation. At all wells during injection the pressure rise was not observed, which is one of the positive factors in comparison with the injected polymer systems. The results of composition filtration test on the parallel core holder confirmed the composition impact selectivity based on AC-CSE-1313 grade A reagent and its using possibility in water shutoff technologies for production wells.
The additional oil resources are involved in active development as a result of complex mechanism by AC-CSE-1313 grade A, there is stabilization of oil production at fields located in a mature stage of development with high water cut of oil production, and natural decline in oil production.
