Statistical approach to the evaluation of bottomhole pressure in producing wells

The article reflects an approach, based on statistical analysis of field data for detection of technological patterns, occurring within well-tests. In the article the results of processing of the wellhead measurements are given. Dynamic level, annulus pressure and pump intake pressure were measured simultaneously to create a mathematical model for the bottomhole pressure (BHP) calculation. The sequence of data preparation is performed on the example of Bashkirian deposits of the Ozernoye oil field and Famenian deposits of the Unvinskoye oil field (Perm region). The chosen model of gas-liquid lift is enough to describe the process of BHP calculation. Such technological and natural factors as output of the well and the permanent reservoir pressure were also considered because of its significant impact on the density variation along the lift. The aim is to use an indirect method of calculation. BHP is determined through the evaluation of density of gas-liquid mixture in annuls. Given equations allow high accuracy predict the BHP in operating wells without depth measuring systems.
