Cost engineering in Gazprom Neft PJSC: current situation and future development

This article is about the cost engineering development at the Gazprom Neft PJSC. We demonstrate the key results and basic findings in the fields of the tools’ development of capital cost estimation in early stages of project realization. The prospects for further development are presented below in terms of the total cost of ownership by taking into account operational costs for the entire period of project life.
