The comparative possibilities of the fuzzy set theory and probabilistic and statistical methods (Monte Carlo) to estimate the uncertainties at the calculation of oil, gas and condensate by the volume method are analyzed. The question of application of risk factors for the exploratory objects in probabilistic and fuzzy formulations of the problem of assessment of hydrocarbon reserves is considered.

Geoinformation technology of on-line monitoring of field development and well operations based on Visual Geomodel software system was developed, which combines deployment of a wide selection of geological analysis’ tools, live simulation models and digital operation models of exploration and production wells. The main purpose of the exercise is acquisition, review and provision of comprehensive information to drilling, R&D and production entities to assist in operational decision-making for efficient management and optimized field development. The application has wide range of particular uses, such as live simulation models’ validation and maintenance; areal geological inhomogeneity analysis; routine condition monitoring of field development through field tests and log evaluation; improvement of well stimulation efficiency (candidate selection for hydraulic fracturing, directional drilling and side hole direction validation, etc.); independent visual reference database on well design and current status etc.

Accounting for uncertainty of information is directly dependent on the choice of the mathematical apparatus, defined by mathematical theory and provides a reasonable formalization of the uncertainty, arising at the financial flows management, that is extremely important at the assessing the risk in investment projects in terms of the production sharing agreement.

It is noted that the analysis, integration, systematization of geological and geophysical data will help to elaborate a further competent strategy and tactics of development of complexly constructed deposits of the Vostochno-Mytayahinskoye field. Development of structural analysis methods as a part of remaining oil reserves localization

Methods of structural analysis were investigated to identify local structural variations in the oil reservoir, including variations probably characterized by higher oil saturation and feasible for further development. Results of signal analysis research methods developed by Tyumen Oil and Gas Institute JSC within the last five-year period are presented. Three methods are described: moving average method, differential moving average method and wavelet decomposition. Also the mathematical foundations of methods are presented.

It have been suggested sequence stratigraphy of “incised-valley” sedimentary complex on example of Visean “incised-valley” sedimentary strata within one oil-field of Eastern slope of Melekess depression. This reconstruction is based on interpretation of core and log data. It allowed to reveal typical features for Carboniferous “incised-valley” sequences that can be used for reservoirs prognosis and correlation.

On the reliability of the experimental determination of oil displacement coefficients by gas and water-gas stimulation methods

The results of filtration studies on the assessment of the effectiveness of residual oil additional displacement after water flooding by gas stimulation by the example of YuK10 layer of Sherkalinskaya suite of Talinskaya area of Krasnoleninskoye field are presented. Studies are carried out on bulk material models of the reservoir, saturated by degassed or recombined model of oil with bound water. It is shown that the most reliable value of oil displacement coefficient is obtained in experiments with recombined model of oil, while at use of degassed oil the displacement coefficient was overestimated by 6.7%.

Paper presents the results of submersible pumping systems characteristic’s studies for gas-liquid mixtures delivering. The results were used to develop new SWAG technology for enhanced oil recovery with the application of pump-ejecting systems for water-gas mixtures injection. This can significantly reduce the cost of equipment and increase its reliability.

Dynamics of the wear of oil pumps with the operation of the wells of the Сhurakovskoe oilfield

It is examined the dynamics of a change in the coefficient of the calculation of the leakages of oil pumps with the operation of the obtaining wells of Churakovskoye oilfield. The values of the complete operating cycle of insert pumps with the diameter of the plunger 32 ppm of the curtailment of supply are obtained for a number of wells. The coefficients, which characterize the intensity of the wear of oil pump and increase, are determined with the known value of complete operating cycle. Dependence for the forecast of the index, which corresponds for the rate of the wear of the oil pumps is obtained.

Protection of oil pipelines against hydraulic shock by the Pressure Surge Smooth Systems (PSSS) is examined. The arrangement and operation of the PSSS is shown. The mathematical modeling demonstrates the stable operation of the PSSS if discharge coefficient of the vented valve is no constant but it depends on the pressure difference between the PSSS cavities.

Exploration geophysics methods assist in hydrogeological and ecological survey of oilfield regions

The paper describes the procedure of hydrogeological and ecological survey in the regions adjacent to oilfield facilities. Results of integrated geophysical survey, including high-precision gravity measurement, electrical prospecting methods, in that number, symmetrical electrical profiling, vertical electric sounding, and spontaneous potentials, were used to decide on the site and type of specialized hydrogeological and ecological works. The first priorities are the zones with intense tectonic fracturing determined first by space geological investigations and confirmed later by gravity measurement.
