In modern companies information is used in all areas from production processes to strategic planning and business management at the highest level. Because of widespread introduction of electronic means of communication, constant changes in the markets and the tightening of legislation increasing requirements for accuracy, timeliness and relevance of information. At the same time information volume increases. In this regard providing reliability of information is a necessity for large companies. The practice of data management allows such companies to obtain a holistic view of their information resources, regulate the flow of data in the context of business processes, and works to support the integration of information systems, which, in the end, provides conditions necessary to ensure the reliability of information. The article discusses an integrated approach to enterprise data management, and proposes an architectural solution for the implementation of this approach in practice.
