One of the key principles for the evaluation of actual and prospective technical and economical efficiency of geological and engineering operations is to carry out such transformations are based primarily on an assessment of the proposed structures and relationships in their degree of compliance with the principle of proportionality of its elements, providing for balance between the interests of the various components of the system and its sound development. The choice of points and the nature of the impact on the system are extremely complex problems whose solutions must be based on a set of multivariate methods for macroeconomic modeling.
