On the necessity of re-establishment of government program intended to oil reserves replenishment on the base of development and implementation of modern EOR methods

The article regards the actual state of oil resources in Russia. It is shown that well-defined national policy for rational mining is necessary to get over negative trends. International practices are presented. The authors propose to form national program aimed at development and implementation of EOR methods.
