Providing timely and accurate matching of documents is important and one of the key challenges for any company. Indeed, solutions need to solve a number of difficult issues: the need for systematic coordination of different routes, different approaches to harmonization in various parts of the company, as well as a large number of interested stakeholders. This article highlights the approaches to the introduction of electronic document management systems, process automation and analysis of matching documents, opportunities and strategic advantages of automated solutions.
